We all know the morning hustle, when we don’t have time to sit and have our breakfast properly and that’s why its pretty easy to ignore your oral health. We are here telling you the best and easy 5 steps to make your toothbrush work hard:

Step 1. Choose the Right Toothbrush

Only the soft toothbrush work hard while not being harsh on your gums, So choose a soft toothbrush with a smaller head and flexible neck but not fragile.

Step 2. Monitor the Time

You should brush for a total of two minutes, to keep that time in check, you can keep an hourglass on your wash-basin or you can set a timer or set a your favorite song, so that you can’t leave the process in between.

Step 3. Keep the Quantity in check

You don’t need to fill up your whole toothbrush with the paste, just take a pea-sized amount as this will help you not to spit early and also not to engulf more of fluoride. No doubt that You will save money too!

Step 4. How to Brush Properly

  • Keep your brush at 45 degree angle and move in upward-downward and then circular motion

  • Brush the outer surface of both upper and lower teeth first

  • Then clean the inner sides of them

  • Repeat the same strokes on the chewing surface of the molars

  • Brush the tongue.

Step 5. Rinse and Maintain

  • You need to rinse the mouth thoroughly afterwards

  • Rinse your toothbrush as well

  • Change your toothbrush every 3 months

  • You can use the mouth-wash afterwards but follow the dentist’s advice for it.
